About the Development

Community website for the Victoria Park housing development in Banbury

Planning permission was granted in 2013 for Morris Homes to build 145 homes on a piece of land on the southern outskirts of Banbury.  The development, known as Victoria Park is bounded by the Salt Way and the A361 Bloxham Road.  The Salt Way dates back from the Middle Ages when it connected Droitwich with London.  It's now a restricted byway and forms part of the National Cycle Network Route 5.  Work commenced in 2015 with a mix of two to five bedroom properties making up the development including some finished in local Cotswold stone.

About the Developer

Victoria Park website, a housing development on the outskirts of Banbury.

Morris Homes are one the largest independent house builders in the UK and have been building new homes for over sixty years. Based in Cheshire, the Victoria Park development is the furthest south Morris Homes have ventured.

Location & Layout

Located on the A361 Bloxham Road on the southern outskirts of Banbury, the Victoria Park development is easily found. From the town centre follow signs for Chipping Norton A361. As you reach the outskirts of Banbury you'll approach a roundabout, turn left in to the development between the stone houses.

All odd numbers are to the North or left hand side of the estate and even numbers are to the South or right hand side of the estate as you drive in.
